Lagos doctors suspend sit-at-home strike

The Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), Lagos State, has reversed the indefinite sit-at-home directive to its members, following harassment of health workers by security agencies. The Association gave the directive in a joint statement issued yesterday in Lagos, by its Chairman and Secretary, Dr. Saliu Oseni and Dr. Ramon Moronkola, respectively. UNICEF empowers100 health workers in Enugu against COVID-19

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) has commenced training of 100 skilled and non-skilled health personnel in Enugu State on management and handling of COVID-19 cases in the state.
