The much anticipated day in the world of boxing is here! It is the rematch of Andy Ruiz Jr vs Anthony Joshua, following their first fight in June this year.
Saturday’s much-anticipated bout is being staged in a bespoke 15,000-seater stadium in Diriyah, near the capital Riyadh, the first time a world heavyweight title fight has been staged in the desert kingdom.
The first fight between Joshua and Ruiz in New York delivered one of the biggest shocks in boxing history, as the unfancied Mexican-American floored the hot favourite four times on the way to a seventh-round technical knockout.

Cricket: Play abandoned due to dangerous MCG pitch

Play was abandoned Saturday during a domestic game due to a dangerous pitch at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, just weeks before it is due to host the traditional Boxing Day Test.
A decision to call off play was made on day one of the Sheffield Shield clash between Victoria and Western Australia after several batsmen were hit by rising deliveries.
It followed talks between the umpires and captains Peter Handscomb and Shaun Marsh.

Antetokounmpo scores 27 as Bucks thump Clippers

Milwaukee’s Giannis Antetokounmpo celebrated his 25th birthday with 27 points Friday in the Bucks’ crushing 119-91 NBA victory over the Los Angeles Clippers.
Reigning NBA Most Valuable Player Antetokounmpo scored also pulled down 11 rebounds, but it was a superb effort by his supporting cast that made for the mammoth margin of victory.
Five other Bucks players scored in double figures, with starting forward Khris Middleton contributing 17 and Pat Connaughton and Eran Ilyasova adding 13 apiece off the bench.
