The Edo State Nigeria Erosion and Watershed Management Project (Edo NEWMAP), has commenced payment of compensation to about 49 persons who were affected by an erosion control project in Ogiso-Osunde community, Ikpoba-Okha Local Government Area of the state. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), yesterday marched on the streets of Jalingo, protesting against corruption. Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, has approved the reconstruction of 14 kilometres Ijebu-Ode-Mojoda- Epe Road with immediate effect.
