NSCDC arrests 4 suspected vandals, recover 500 rail slippers in Kaduna

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Kaduna State Command, on Friday said its operatives arrested four suspected vandals and recovered 500 railway slippers in Kaduna.
