Military power alone can’t defeat Boko Haram, says Buratai

The Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lt. General Tukur Buratai, has declared that the war against Boko Haram could not be won by military might alone due to series of indoctrination that has been carried out in the north for more than two decades.
