Willian calls for ‘proper sanctions’ in wake of Taison racial abuse

Brazil star Willian has called for “proper sanctions” to be imposed upon Dynamo Kiev after former Shakhtar Donetsk team-mate Taison was targeted with racial abuse by opposition supporters in Sunday’s derby encounter.
The Selecao star was shown a straight red card for his actions during the encounter, in which his side emerged as 1-0 victors, following an incident in which he responded to xenophobic chants by brandishing his middle finger and booting the ball into the stand.

Models banned from Baseball game for distracting pitcher with breasts

Two models in the United States were banned indefinitely from all Major League Baseball events for flashing their breasts at Houston Astros pitcher Gerrit Cole.
Julia Rose and Lauren Summer, who are well-known Instagrammers, performed the act in a bid distract the pitcher, who left the mound as a result, and play was briefly paused.

NPFL 2019/2020: Lobi stars overpower Delta Force 4-0

After Lobi Stars were thrashed 4-1 last Sunday in Jos, it was not unexpected that they would come out smoking on Matchday 2 of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) against new boys Delta Force.
The defeat in Jos was one that Coach Gbenga Ogunbote would describe as “a disgraced, an insult,”. But then, their venting on Delta Force was maximum as they netted four unreplied goals.

Katsina United were on Sunday forced to a 1 – 1 draw by on-form Enyimba of Aba in one of the NPFL Matchday 2 fixtures played at the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium in Katsina.
‘The Changi Boys’ took the lead just three minutes into the proceedings from the penalty spot after Tasiu Lawal was hacked down in the box by Ifeanyi Anaemena following a clever flicking header by Nurudeen Ibrahim.
