TCN announces partial power outage on Saturday
The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) has announced that power supply to parts of Nasarawa state will be disrupted for six hours on Saturday, June 22, 2024, due to scheduled maintenance. The maintenance exercise will be carried out on the 40MVA transformer at the Akwanga transmission substation, affecting power supply to Akwanga Town, Wamba, Gudi, Garaku, Nasarawa Eggon, and surrounding areas. Onne Customs generates N243bn in six months
•Intercepts N3b Worth Contraband Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) Area 2 said it generated N243b between January and June 2024 as well as intercepted seven containers of contraband goods worth over N3b within the same period.
